The mountain is the protagonist also in our kitchen, both in terms of ingredients and recipes.
Our specialties are based on mushrooms, game, mountain herbs, and locally produced cheeses and cold cuts. Our small patisserie bakes homemade cakes and biscuits daily, that we serve for lunch and breakfast. When the season changes into autumn, jams and fruit mustards are produced, and new recipes are added.
Our passion for good food would not be complete without a well-stocked wine cellar with labels from small and large producers. We have selected wines with character, produced in the regions surrounding the Dolomites, as well as the Italian classics.
